S P Homes Ltd provide semi-independent accommodation for young people who are leaving residential care or foster care but are not ready to live completely independently. We also have a wide experience of working with unaccompanied minors. The aim of the service is to provide a safe supportive environment and opportunity for young people to develop the practical skills and emotional stability they will need to make the transition to adulthood and make a success of independent living.
